Are you a big corporate company?

Nope! We are a small veteran owned shop based out of Washington.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy on most items.  7 days for video games and consoles. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition and unwashed for clothing before we will issue a refund.  We do not cover return shipping costs.

I couldn't find what I was looking for, does that mean I am out of luck?

Not necessarily! We do a lot of special orders.  Give us a call and we will do our best to find what you’re looking for.

How do Pre-Orders work?

Pre-Orders must be placed one at a time.  Sadly our system will not allow for multiple Pre-Orders under one transaction.  All of our Pre-Orders need to be paid in full at the time of order.

I want to use my a gift card but don't see where to input it.

Unfortunately we have had major technical issues related to gift cards and at the moment cannot offer them on our website.  If you purchased a gift card prior to 5/31/19 please reach out to use through out contact page.

If I have a gift card I bought in your store can I use it in your shop and vice versa?

The simple answer is no.  Unfortunately we are unable to merge the two systems at this time.  You’re not completely out of luck though.  Contact us about your situation and we would be more than happy to help you out.

I signed up for your reward program in your shop. Can I still get points for purchases I made online?

Absolutely!  However, we unfortunately do not have a way for the points to be automatically added through our website.  When you checkout make sure you’re phone number is on your order and add a note you want your points.  We will make sure you get them.  As for claiming them online.  This will have to be done on a case by case scenario.  Please give us a call and we will be more than happy to take care of you.

Do you ship international?

YES! We currently ship to the US, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico and Mexico.  We are working on adding more countries.

What is up with the Partners page?

We partner up with Twitch streamers!  These awesome individuals help promote our store and in return we help them grow their stream.  If you are interested in partnering with us you can apply Here!

Gift cards are entered on the checkout page.  Once it loads you will see a box that pops up in the top right corner asking if you have one.  Click on the box and you will be able to add your gift card to your order. (Gift cards purchased in store will not work through our website at this time)
